We specialise in partnering with manufacturers, distributors and dealers to provide a tailored service for their requirements. WE GUARANTEE not to approach any dealer’s end users for service unless asked to by said dealer. This philosophy has allowed us to expand dramatically since we became independent from the UK in 2002. Call control for Ireland is located in our Dublin facility, which is also our main workshop and storage facility. We have an additional workshop facility in Lisburn, as well as small service engineer storage facilitiesin Laois and Cork. As a company we have invested heavily in IT to provide call logging on the web, auto allocation of calls to engineers via laptops and PDT's, along with emails to advise on call close downs. We also have the ability to generate whatever statistics are required by our different customers. The current range of services include on-site, warranty and contract packages, with next day and 4 hour responses up to 7 days per week. The range of products covered include EPoS, PC's and Apple computer and ipods, projectors and most leading printer manufacturers products and a variety of home consumer products. |
